Due to higher temperatures the Body Butter may experience melting during transit or while sitting in a mailbox/Porch. Please understand we take every precaution to get your product to you safely. Unfortunately we have no control over melting as it’s unavoidable at times.

If melting occurs you can put it in the refrigerator. The consistency will no longer be whipped, but more like a body balm. You can blend the butter once it's solid to get the whip consistency back. However the product will not lose it’s moisturizing greatness.

Lastly, Body Butter is packaged to the top when shipped. If melting occurs, It may appear to be less product in the jar as whipped butter is fluffy. .

Please always store at room temperature.
